Set in coastal Montecito, our client’s goal was “a fortress of solitude”. We designed the tranquil property to feature lush, low-maintenance plantings, old growth olive trees, a bioswale for efficient water management, fruit trees, bocce court, floating Ipe walkway that leads to a secluded jacuzzi, and a natural limestone cobble patio and driveway.
